Google Analytics

Your Report + Support site can optionally collect Google Analytics information which can help you analyse the performance of the content on your site. If Google Analytics is enabled, your Report + Support site will show a cookie popup when a user first visits the site and Google Analytics will not be loaded until the users have confirmed they are happy for cookies to be used. You must also ensure that your privacy policy covers the use of Google Analytics and links to the Report + Support opt-out page (which is available at the /cookie-control page on your website, e.g., http://reportandsupport.example.com/cookie-control).

To enable Google Analytics, you must know your Google Analytics tag ID: see Google Analytics help for information on finding your tag ID. Once you have this, you can go to the Manage Settings page under the Content tab, and then on the General tab, you can enter the tag ID and save. This will add the tracking code to your site and automatically enable the cookie banner.
