Administrators of your system can add or edit outcomes.
To edit or add an outcome go to the administration tab in the menu. Here you'll see the outcomes editor. You can search through your list of outcomes using the search bar.
To add an outcome, click on the add an outcome button at the top right of your screen. This will allow you to name your outcome, add any guidance, hide or add the outcome to your analytics and save this outcome to your system.
To edit an outcome, select the outcome you wish to edit. Here you'll be able to change the outcome name, guidance or delete the outcome. You can also remove outcomes from your analytics reporting here.
